Editor's Journey - Vogue

Sarah Nicholson is the editor of Vogue Entertaining + Travel magazine, which celebrates its 30th birthday this year. Her eight years of experience in food titles includes time as the editor of the award-winning delicious Magazine.

New Zealand born, Sarah's love of travel has seen her work on a yacht in France (but resign a day later due to sea sickness) scare off a would-be mugger in Buenos Aires with her incredibly high-pitched scream, and unknowingly set up camp on a brown bear trail in Japan. As expected, food always plays a major part when she is planning trips - a lavish feast in a Marrakesh palace was a highlight, while a dinner of guinea pig in Peru proved less successful.

Her most dreaded question is "What's your favourite restaurant?", as there are so many great ones in Australia to choose from. This trip to Darwin and Bamurru Plains was a great example for this, as she even found good food on a buffalo farm in the Northern Territory!
