Seasons of Kakadu
Kakadu National Park changes dramatically with the seasons and one visit just won’t be enough.
The local Bininj people interpret 6 different seasons. Their year starts with the scent of blossoming paperbarks, overflowing into thundering waterfalls and dazzling lightning displays, then trickling into billabongs filled with magpie geese and waterbirds.
This malleable scenery can be explored with a sweeping flight over the landscape or up close on a billabong or river cruise.
