The Giles Track is a challenging 22 kilometre trek between Kings Canyon and Kathleen Springs. Impressive natural wonders and traces of ancient Aboriginal art and culture can at many locations along the way.

Giles Track is suitable for experienced walkers who are capable and well equipped. All food, water and sleeping requirements for the adventure need to be carried in and out. Although, the track is marked with red arrows, all walkers should bring a map and compass for the route.

Reedy Creek Campsite, located 8 kilometres from Kings Canyon, is a great spot for camping. It has a waterhole ideal for swimming and is home to a variety of native wildlife. The Giles Track can also be accessed from the Lilla Carpark via Tjintjit Tjintjit Spur.
