During the months of June through to October, join rangers to learn about the landscapes, wildlife, local history and culture of Kakadu National Park.
Catch a free daily art site talk at Ubirr and Nourlangie Rock or join one of the guided walks which may be available throughout the Park.
Mamukala Wetlands Walk is a journey of birds and wetlands, whilst Bardedjilidji Sandstone and River Walk is a sandstone excursion near the East Alligator River. At Gunlom, share in cultural stories about bush tucker, fish and fresh water crocodiles, and Murrill Billabong will uncover the secrets of Gunlom’s network of creeks, billabongs and local history.
You can pick up a 'What's On Guide' at the Bowali Visitor Centre for the schedule of walks, talks and slideshows.
To enjoy these activities you must enter Kakadu National Park. An entry fee of AUD$25.00 per person for a 14-day pass is required.
